Adductor Muscles

The adductor muscles are in the inner part of the thigh. These muscles are opposite the abductor muscles.

LYING ADDUCTIONS

An everted, or out-rotated, position is best when performing this exercise. This allows the leg to rotate out, which then focuses the movement on the inside of the leg.

Lie on your back with your left leg extended. Your right leg is bent, foot flat on the floor. Your left leg should be stretched away from your right leg and slightly raised off the floor.
